The River East School to Career Skilled Trades Career Fair is an engaging event that connects high school students with Skilled Trade professionals, training programs, and local employers eager to share their expertise. Students will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of industries, including healthcare, construction, advanced manufacturing, automotive technology, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.

Through exhibits, demonstrations, and one-on-one conversations, students will gain a deeper understanding of the skills, training, and career opportunities available in the trades. The fair helps students see the many rewarding, well-paying career options and inspires the next generation of builders, makers, and innovators.

The annual River East School to Career Student Leadership Conference empowers high school students from Chicopee, Hampden-Wilbrham, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Monson, Palmer, Quaboag, West Springfield, and Westfield to discover their leadership potential through interactive workshops, team challenges, and inspiring guest speakers. Students build confidence, strengthen communication and teamwork skills, and connect with peers and professionals who motivate them to lead with purpose in school, work, and life.
